We
would like to introduce you to our newest cutting system.
It is a Flow Mach 3 water jet with an 87K intensifier pump. It
has a 6’X12’ table and is capable of cutting almost
any material up to 6” thick without changing anything on
the bed. Thicker material can be cut upon request with bed modifications.
The jet has a “dynamic head” that compensates for
kerf angle to assure straight cuts. It comes with the latest software
to provide machine-like accuracy. You can expect tolerances of
+/- .002 on material less than 1” thick and +/- .005-.010
on material 1” and above.
The 87K pump has a huge advantage over other machines because
of greater cutting speeds and 50% less pierce times.
This machine works great in a lot of different applications. For
example, it can cut material that is going to be machined, making
gaskets, flow panels, flanges, decorative signs, large quantities
of parts that have to be matched, or just a single, hard-to-find
part. We specialize in providing custom one-of-a-kind products.
